Flipkart - Ac not delivered and money not refunded

I ordered AC on Flipkart on **th March with exchange of old AC where they mentioned delivery date is **th March and installation date is *nd April. Their guy come to uninstall AC on **, delivery guy come on **th and said I have not carry anything to pack AC to pickup and noone with me to lift old AC. I will reattempt delivery tomorrow but after that AC never deliver. I am not getting option to cancel order. Reached customer care many time they are just delaying by giving different dated. I am done, I can't wait anymore
