Jeeves And Flipkart - AC is Under Warranty But not being attended by Jeeves

My Bluestar AC is under Warranty covered by Flipkart and Jeeves. AC all of sudden stopped and I raised a ticket with Jeeves Customer care number on *th April **** bearing ticket number JVS-****** for Extended Warranty: Claim as CLEWR***********. Since Then I have been trying to reach Jeeves Customer care but there is no help, no update , no resolution is being provided. The Technician assigned Mr. Dilshan Shaikh (**********) does not respond to calls. Its been a very tiring experience to get our rights protected. Looking forward to have a resolution on this .
