On product's page, they have mentioned it as the installation is free for the Livpure *.* ton *-star inverter AC.
After package containing Air condition was received I got a call from an installation engineering telling me that you have to pay ****/- (Standard Installation Charges) + *** (for ODU Bracket) but when I tried to inform him that I bought this ac during Flipkart's big shopping days and it was mentioned that installation will be for free to which he enlightened there is no such offer going on and you have to pay for above charges. On contacting Flipkart several times through Twitter and their support through their app they came up with same copy paste options. Kindly go through product details and pay for installation services.
