Urban Clap - AC damaged by the repair person

The AC repair guy from urbanclap visited my place for mundane servicing. The AC cooling was not upto the mark and that is why I requested for the service. But he pushed me to gas refilling stating that its time for refilling. I asked him upto when can I refill and he told it should be refilled in not more than a couple of week. Looking through his rating in UC and also with a thought that it may be time for refill as it's already * years of my purchase, I agreed and told him that l would call him in the following or next to the following weekend. However, my ac stopped working completely the next day after the servicing and stated E* status. I read about this and found that this happens because of low gas. I was shocked as to why suddenly after servicing this happened. Then I called him and he fooled me pushing into gas refilling stating that it already was low in gas and this problem would have had occured within a month. He did not let me request through UC stating UC charges more although he charged same implying some leakage repair. For *-* weeks the AC produced very much of noise and ice. All my room interior was getting harmed. Also ice was falling on the floor. I called him and he claimed that the gas leaked again. He charged me for valve change which he claimed to be defective leading to leakage. It was again ok for a couple of weeks. But now again my AC is in e* state. That means no gas. I called him and reprimanded for the same but after that he rejected my calls and finally blocked me. To me it looks like he initiated his plan after I requested servicing from UC. And immediately after he serviced all the problems started. I also juxtaposed with my roommates ac brought together in time. His one has no gas issue and working fine. So refilling gas after * years was a vague information for sure. I have had a great Loss and still my AC is not working. I had to spend *-* sleepless nights because of this... Please take some actions.
