Almost all the utility amounts in our dashboard are incorrect / inappropriate. These bills do not make any sense. They are added randomly either without any bill or as fake bills. Some of them are for a different building but added in our dashboards. In September, Nestaway clearly mentioned that they will not be facilitating water. Since then, water and its charges are handled by us tenants. We are paying the water charges ourselves. But they are charging water bills separately. Additionally they charge multiple electricity bills for a single month. Ideally only ONE electricity bill should be added in our dashboard and nothing more. There are also bills which are not supposed to be paid by tenants.
All the tenants in our building are facing the same issues. We discussed these issues with the property manager over the phone call many times. In the month of November, all the tenants of this building had a meeting with him. We explained him our situation. He explained that there might be some issues as the property manager has been changed recently. He also assured us that all the bills will be cleared from our dashboard immediately. But no such action has been taken yet.
We have raised several service requests but they are forcibly closing without clarification/ resolution. Customer support doesn't take any action.
The absurd bills added upto ₹****. If we don't pay they are charging ₹*** every day as late fee.
