I ordered VEAYVA Commode Raiser (*-inch) | raised toilet seat * inches | B***ZV*KVZ ( *Z-UNPB-**NE ) HSN:**** through Amazon but I brought the same product cheaper then the price paid to Amazon so I request to refund it but Amazon has given a reply to do not take it . But at del*very time my father there at home and delivery boy insist my father to take it so he will earn Rs ** and told my father that he will generate return request and he will pick up tomorrow ** Aug ****. When I reached home and go for return option there is no option for return when I told customer service Amazon they said go to return option and click pic of item and submit it item will be return . But when I do alla thinks customer service told me that this think annot be return back by amazon. Also it's light weight which cannot bear my mom weight for her I ordered this item as she gone through both knee option.
Pls it's a request to refund my money back.
