On **th June ****, I made a payment of Rs ****.** through my SBI credit card to Jio Mart Mumbai against my order id – *****************M, which became a nightmare of my whole life. On *st July’**** I got message that my order will be delivered today, but the delivery agent number provided was continuously switched of for whole the day and around * PM I got message that your order has been delivered. When I tried to call customer care then all the mental harassment and frustration begins. Every time they committed that refund has been processed which never happened till date(*th Aug ****). They stop receiving my call also no proper reply from mail id cs@jiomart.co & cshead@jiomart.com. Previously they started replying through their twitter account where I came to know that they have done this activity with many people and they are struggling for their refund. Later they have removed their twitter info from their official jio mart site and provided whatsapp chatboat which is totally useless.
On **th July **** Rs. ** was deducted from my SBI credit against payment to JIO Mart which I never made. For this I am first following up with SBI how payment was made without my permission and without any OTP created. This is a serious Froud done by Jio Mart (still my SBI card info are there at Jio mart site) which I am trying to hear first from SBI. It seems there are group of Froud people working with Jio mart to rob customers money. From last *.* months I am in mental trauma with following up with these Froud people and afraid of loosing some more money as my card details are still there.
A strict action should be taken for this froud company and the people involved in it. Some of the contacts numbers through which I am communication them are **********, **********, ********** & ***********.
Please take strict action and escalate this matter, so that every body should be aware of their froud and make themselves away from being victim. Also please help me to get my money back and come out from this mental torture. I am attaching proof with this post.
