Lilly filed complaint against Zomato on Sep 5, 2022
First of all, it was not a sealed pack and the pizza dough was uncooked, and there was a piece of glass in the pizza and the glass was literally in my mouth. what is this nonsense? They didn't even give me the time to explain or talk to customer care. They are just suggesting me to rate the restaurant that's it. They clearly said they are not gonna refund my money .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
