Urban Company formally Urban Clap - a booking resechedule twice and then cancelled

On */**/****, I have booked for salon at home women service for my wife as we had an important invitation on the very next day hencefore it was schedule for * pm on */**/ **** . I got a called for urban company that the professional for that time slot was not available so kindly reschedule it to * pm which i agreed but thereafter they again called saying the professional cannot come at * so kindly make it * pm now i started having reservation as i requested them to make sure that the * pm schedule doesnot get cancelled. however finally they cancelled it and initiated the refund but incase if we cancel it they charge compensation but when for then tomorrow our important invitation will be missed which cannot be valued in terms of money. In addition to it they are in breach of contract as once they accept the payment along with timing they should honor it should not take the booking if professionals are not available. Finally i have taken there urban plus membership for which i have paid extra and if they do not provide the services whats the use of such membership they refused to comply to such cancellation. hencefore on account of non refund of membership in addition to damages caused by then for not honoring there commitment which cannot be valued in terms of money a loss assessed for a sum of Rs. **,*** is claim for against the company so that in future they don't harass people who do not have legal expertise and doesnot want to get into such litigation
