Swiggy Order - ORDER #*********** | Fri, Jan **, **:** AM
Its painful to say I suffered a lot because of Swiggy. I was trying to place order on **th Jan from Subway on swiggy. It got failed multiple times, from Kotak Mahindra Bank money deducted twice. After that I placed order from Paytm and It got successful.
As per Swiggy standard Policy I waited * days for Refund. But it's not refunded, So I check with Swiggy through Chat( As your *** **** **** not working). They told me to check with Bank.
Kotak Bank saying money got deducted to Merchant( Swiggy), and if not asked them to send one mail about not receiving payment. I tried with Swiggy multiple times, Call is not connecting, Request of call back never accepted and On Chat executives just write "Check with Bank" and left.
