OWAIS MUSHTAQ PARSA filed complaint against Airtel on Oct 8, 2018
I have been facing issue with the text messaging I am not able to send any text message nor do i receive any text message and to make any sort of payments i have to use my credit or debit card which doesn't allow to process without otp and my number doesn't generate any sort of otp messages
I have filed a lots of complaints from last * months but got no response every time a customer deals with my call say the same old story that i have been hearing from last * months.
I want to file a consumer complaint against them
please let me know the procedure for the same
