I bought Panasonic * kg Semi Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine NA-W**B*RRB* from paytm (supplier value plus retail pvt ltd. noida...on **july and delivered to me **july we opened the package at *.** pm. Machine is * years old i.e. make of ****. Machine is very dusty and scratched . there were around ** dead rats in the machine and smelling too much.
We contacted paytm customer care but they refused to replace the washing machine with new one . paytm said to contact panasonic co while it is fault of the paytm and its dealer.
