NO BROKER PACKERS AND MOVERS - 4 hours delay of movers and packers

I had booked movers from Andheri East to Santacruz East on **th October ****. The time for the moving was booked between *-* pm. The movers kept on saying that they were arriving in ** mins and arrived at *:** pm. I had a concert booked for * pm in Kurla, for which I had paid INR **** for the tickets. Because of this delay, my day was ruined and I missed the event. They whole day went in waiting for the movers. I did multiple calls to the no broker executives as well. This can be confirmed at your end as well. I would like a compensation of **** plus the concert tickets worth ****.
