AirAsia - 3 yrs and yet to receive refund

Booked return flight tickets from Bangalore to Bali for * of us in Dec ****; due to pandemic the flights and our trip got cancelled. Since then, I have been raising requests for refund under PNR no: C*C**X and creating multiple cases and finally for the case no: ******** I got a reply saying the refund is initiated in July **** - now it's more than a year and I have not received any money in my account. Have escalated many times but no response from them - the amount is around *,**,*** INR and absolutely ghosted at this moment.
