Dear sir/ Madam,
Today i have booked a capital O **** Hotel jaipur Queen in jaipur city via Agoda app.
And i have already paid for this booking but at the time of checking hotel management denied to accept this booking because of booked through Agoda app.I m with my family( *.* year son , wife, & mother) facing this issue.
Kindly help us and refund my amount.
