I booked my ticked from Chandigarh to Goa and back vide easemytrip booking ID EMT********.
While booking they had promised ***% waiver on medical grounds through advertisement. However due to corona when we could not travel, they refused to waive off cancellation charges and told that concerned airline is the decision maker.
Hence my **** INR are to refunded back by the easemytrip company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
