I have purchases ticket to USA from TRAVELOOK AGENT ,but due to COVID-** INFECTION ,i have cancelled and persued for refund .
I sincerely thanks Air India refunde my amount to agent travelook ,but they are not returning to me.I have also taken insurance of ticket still they are not crediting .Kindly interven and pl ask agent Travel look to refund my refunded amount by AIR INDIA.My amount is ***** Kindly interven and convey your agent to refund my amount
