Hi Zomato Grievance Team,
A gentle reminder please!!!
Please refund completely and urgently Rs ***.** as we are yours Zomato Gold user as unhygienic and unsafe food cannot be accepted.
As per Zomato Unique Ticket ID *********,
for Zomato Order ID **********, delivery partner split the food packing and after **-** mins came with broken food packages which is totally unhygienic and unsafe as per Zomato norms and Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal.
PFA the image with broken package along with delivery partner when the delivery partner was delivering the spilt food in broken package which is totally unacceptable.
On an average *-* Zomato orders are taken by a Zomato Gold user like me.
In fact other than the unhygienic and unsafe food delivered through Zomato Order ID ********** other orders were ********** & ********** on the same day **/** Wednesday.
But food of Zomato Order ID ********** cannot be accepted as delivery partner is a total fraud, harassing ladies whenever placing orders through Zomato and broke the food packaging and till **-** mins had been harassing since a lady had placed the order who also is a Zomato Gold user.
There is nothing to cook as dry sweets had to be delivered only.
Same incident happened for Zomato Order Number ********** when the delivery partner was caught red handed with wrong poisonous, toxic food from wrong Taj Biriyani restaurant and delivering wrong, poisonous food.
The complete order was wrong as the food had not been delivered from Jimmy's Kitchen for Zomato Order Number **********
Instead some wrong poisonous food from some wrong Taj Biriyani restaurant had been delivered.
This is a total case of harassment and unethical practice towards Zomato Gold user.
Please give a compensation for this as Zomato is committing an act of deceit of fraud and totally uncompliant with FSSAI standards.
