I booked ** Deluxe King Rooms with Breakfast at Leroy Grand Yeshwanthpur via MakeMyTrip (Booking ID NH**************, PNR **********) for ** adults for the period **–** Dec ****. Full payment of ₹*,**,*** was made on ** Dec ****.
Despite a confirmed voucher (attached) with free cancellation, the hotel refused to honour the booking and demanded an additional ₹*,***+GST per room per night citing “rate discrepancy”. MakeMyTrip proposed either extra payment or refund. This constitutes deficiency of service and unfair trade practice. I seek immediate redressal – either honour the booking at confirmed rates or refund the entire amount with compensation for harassment and costs.
