Zomato - Cheated by Zomato

Hi, regarding my zomato order (zomato order id ********** dated *rd Feb****), i ordered BEEF ROAST and * Parotta (it's cost me arround Rs***) but sadly instead of my above order zomato delivered spoiled chicken curry and * parotta. They send me the wrong dish and when I reported the issue along with a video of what they hve delivered zomato support team they said someone will call/contact me but no one called or addressed the issue. I have also written to them to take back the food they hve delivered, till now no one has come or contacted.
Later I sent an email to order@zomato.com , they had the audacity to tell me diplomatically you eat what we delivered and only thing i can do is give a low rating to the restaurant on zomato app. Btw, why should I eat what I hve not ordered and I hve asked them to take it back , but till now no one has come to collect it neither anyone from zomato has contacted me. This was never expected from a company like zomato and its support team. So what they meant was just eat whatever they deliver regardless of what we order and we should pay for it and they will not take any responsiblity. They will blame restaurant and restaurant says we hve ordered thru zomato so pls go ask zomato. This is day light looting customers.
The sad and pathetic part is the way zomatos response-irresponsible!
