I booked rental ride for * hours **kms. Driver partner took otp n started the ride.. Exactly with in **mins his car broke down, Max of *kms drive. Driver partner took end otp n said I'll be charged only for those **mins and the distance he drove. I was charged full amount *** INR for **mins ride, *kms distance. I wrote multiple times to Ola regarding the same no response at all from Ola end. * had to book different cab on different platform since there was no Ola support help. I did not use Ola for multiple days thinking Ola. Support with help with payment clearence since I opted for online mode and renecently chnage it to. Ola postpaid mode. I keep getting reminder for payment clearence for same *** INR ebcih I am not ready to pay. Kinly resolve the issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
