My transaction through debit card got failed on Agoda but account got debited. Also Agoda canceled my booking. I had to pay higher charges at the Hotel. I waited for * days but still not got refund of failed transaction. Agoda does not even have customer care no to support on the issues. Disappointed with Agoda.
