Compressor, motor, PCB all replaced (paid extra). SAME issue. Their technicians don’t even understand the problem—premium product, no expertise.
* years, no fix. MD office complaint—no response. Still being chased for payments.
Clearly a manufacturing defect. I feel helpless.
