**/जुलाई को में सर्वोदय हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती हुआ था तब मैक्स bupa से pre approvle मगाया था उस समय इन्सुरेंस कंपनी ने सिंगल रूम विथ ac allowe किया ओर कोई टर्म एंड condication nhi लिखी फाइनल बिल जब आया तो पेमेंट काट दिया और बताया अपने रूम महगा ले लिया मैंने उनसे bola की अपने palhe क्यों नही लिखा जब approvle मगाया था आप पहले रिजेक्ट करते बिल के समय क्यों रिजेक्ट किया मेरे पास उनका लिखा हुआ लैटर है जिसमें क्लियर लिखा है सिंगल रूम allow है कृपया मेरी हेल्प करे
