Max Bupa Health Insurance - Health Insurance Policy not issued

I have a Max Bupa Health Insurance policy, **************, and before renewal I wanted to add my children into the policy. While adding them, I had made all the declaration true to my knowledge. Thereafter I was told to make the payment. Once the payment was made, I recvd a call from Max Bupa rep stating that medical insurance cannot be issued to my elder daughter as she had undergone a spinal fusion surgery in ****. This is discriminatory and unethical on behalf of Max Bupa.
