on **/**/**** I bought a health insurance for my mother from Max Bupa. Policy number-**************. And on ** /**/**** I bought one more health insurance which includes myself (Prashant), my wife and my daughter policy number- **************. Now the issue is the max bupa agent lied me while selling the policy. Agent asked me to fill the medical disclosure form according to her. Next day I mailed to the customer care of max bupa regarding the wrong medical disclosure. Again on **/*/**** that agent sent me new medical disclosure to fill according to me. I filled and mailed back. And requested the agent to mention the medical disclosure in my policy so that it should not get rejected while claim.but max bupa didn't mention in my policy. I mailed several times (** times) to mention in my policy and waited for ** days. But they always said that your problem is resolved. But never mentioned in my policy. I lost trust in max bupa so I cancelled the policies. Now they refunded half the amount of both the policies and refused to refund the other half. I approached National Consumer Helpline but of no use.
