I bought furniture from Housefull International Ltd. * months back. On arriving, it looked good but I noticed that it was unfurnished or used one.
So I called up and file complaint to replace it or return it. After many calls and follow up no one turned up and when I told them that I would go to police if I do not get money back then after * weeks a person came at night around *:** PM to polish the furniture.
After polish it looked good because of shiny polish. But still there was something hindering me for the furniture. For one particular wardrobe, I paid Rs ***** and the quality I received for such amount looks very cheap. I got engaged with my work and didn't bother much. Busy life was running as usual.
Suddenly one day my parents told me that there was loud noise in the bedroom and they noticed, mirror of the wardrobe dropped itself and it broke damaging my floor. I thank god that my parents were not nearby when this incident happened. They are senior citizen and staying in my house.
Again same routine, calling Housefull International ltd, emailing the stuff and following up for status. After many follow up, got reply that furniture I bought is discontinued and can not be service. I was shocked to know and insist them that I have warranty of a year and damaged caused is not by me but because the mirror was not fixed to wardrobe and it was just stick using some cheap glue.
Finally they were ready to file complaint. But since then there is no response from them. I am following up on daily basis but no response. I called many times but instead of resolving my issue, they were laughing on me. I requested to speak to manager but every time the only answer I am getting is no mangers are available, call on particular day at particular time.
I have already filed consumer complaint(******) but no progress in that too. The only way I can think now is media. I am in abroad right now so can not directly go to police station neither my parents can run for the same. So I would request you to please help fight against so called HouseFull International Ltd. company so that they do not cheat any more people.
