Sir, I had booked a Zoomcar on ** Oct **** on its app. But I could not verify the required details essential for taking the service. So I contacted the consumer care number of Zoomcar. The automated call told that a representative will take the call and resolve my issue. But no one picked up the call. The call ended without any response. So I called the host. He told me to upload the driving license which I did. On ** Oct ****, for which I had booked the car, when I received the car, I realized that I still couldn't avail the service the booked car as I had not verified the requisite details. So again I called the company helpline without any response. Then I tried the chat option in the app. That also didn't help. Our hotel bookings were all made. So I canceled the booking assuming that since my details were not verified, I will get the full amount. But my whole booking amount got forfeited. I kindly request you to help me in getting my booking amount refunded. I would like the company app to ensure that no bookings are made till the customer details get verified and also to ensure proper functioning of the customer care number. Thank you.
