I have made a booking with ID: JPS*NPQE* on **th June for Travel on **th June and ended up cancelling the trip on **th June - As per their policy I was supposed to get a refund in * days but it has been * months with repeated calls and follow-ups that give a standard response of in next * days you will be paid which did not happen till date. Also now they have removed an option to check status of refund via call.KINDLY HELP

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
