Dear Sir, i have booked Hyundai Creta from zoomcar and checked all the documents on **st dec-** while taking the vehicle. i have seen a photocopy of the vehicle insurance and returned the same in the car while parking the vehicle at the said drop off location. the next day, the zoom car charges me Rs **** for missing the insurance copy. why would i throw the insurance copy, or how much would it takes to get a photocopy of the insurance. i am ***% sure that i have kept the photocopy of insurance in the car and now they falsely accuse me of missing that document and charging me Rs ****, which is totally insane. i have also refulled the vehicle for Rs **** for the ***kms i travelled and the fuel indicator did not show any spike after refuelling and now they are charging me Rs**** for fuel. the customer care support are not at all helping and blaming me for the same.
