Ashish Chauhan filed complaint against Zomato India on Sep 3, 2019
Offer for zomato gold membership was not accepted by zomato gold partner restaurant hashtag Ahmedabad. It was also intimated to refund the discounted amount or to refund my membership amount back on Zomato gold support email but they also are not willing to refund the amount.
I have attached the bill wherein it could be clearly observed that no discount owing to zomato gold membership was implemented. Hence I am registering this complaint in order to get any of the above-mentioned amounts as compensation. The details are in the attached bill.
