I am here just to vent my frustration. Customer service from zomato is disappointing. Had to wait for an hour to get a resolution. Extremely disappointed. Heights of double standards. Frequent chat transfers. Told me that they are checking but i don’t know what they were checking. Their delivery executive was aware that the restaurant missed on one item and asked to raise. I contacted zomato. Then told me refund not possible and finally refunded the amount. Why I was told in first place that refund not possible when eventually it was. Sick!

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
