I ordered from zomato.com on *th June ****. The order number is ********** and order amount is ****.**. I able to track the order and called immediately the Zomato Valet when he nearby my home but I was not able to connect him after multiple attempts. His phone was unreachable. Zomato valet never came to my home and did not receive a single call from him. Immediately contacted Zomato chat but waiting time was ** min but Zomato customer care available after ** minutes. In between my order was rejected. I then contact the restaurant from where I ordered. Restaurant spokesperson told me that Zomato delivery boy returned the order at the counter as he was not able to deliver the ordered and advised me to contact Zomato customer care. After a long delay, Zomato customer care did not provide any immediate solution and asked me to send a mail to order@zomato.com. I contact at the same mail citing the entire issue multiple times. But they denied refunding my order without considering my concern.
