Zefo - Zefo not refunding my money

Order number ****** Return id ****** return request submitted on **.*.** and today is **.*.** on zero website it's mention *-day return and mine most * month passed still no One came to pick my product every time zero give one or another excuse zero have * warehouses one situated in Delhi Dwarka and distance from there to my house is ** min still no one coming for the pick up why should I suffer if the problem is from zero side I already send my account details but zero not return my money I understood that u people are not doing anything sitting there just producing excuses rs**,*** is a big amount for me and u people harassing me mentally by not returning my money enough is enough these companies fool customers and don't have any fear of court and law. Now surely I will complain against zero in consumer court with all the proofs which I have and all the emails which will surely reflect how much zefo harrassed there customer and this is my request please don't purchase anything from there the site please tell other person also about zero site how much fraud they do with there customer so ppl don't purchase from zero site.
