I placed an order on **th Nov, **** via gozefo.com.
The order was cancelled and I asked for refund. Initially they said, refund will be posted in *-* business days. I contacted them again on **th Nov and *rd December and they again gave the same response on email. I have not received the refund yet as of **th December.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

My pickup was done on ** july as the company cheated by sending a factory seconds product as i have ordered brand new.i only got **** rupees instead of **** my mattress amount plus delivery charges.
