Vandana Kumari filed complaint against Yatra on Mar 16, 2021
My flight got cancelled by the Vistara airlines. I applied to claim for refund on Yatra portal. I contacted the airlines, they said they have refunded the amount and now has to be initiated by the travel agency. Its been more than ** days since I have not received the refund. Request the company to kindly take an immediate action.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
