I had booked Indigo flight from Yatra.com, however, due to lockdown Indigo cancelled the flight and refunded the amount to Yatra in June **. Following are booking details:

*. Amount Paid on Yatra - Rs. ****
*. Indigo Flight cost - Rs. ****
However, Yatra has not refunded me the amount and has not even provided me any option to initiate the refund process. Their phone lines are not connecting and they are not replying to mails. Its been more than a month that I've been trying to contact them and around * months that they have my money. I want my money back
