My name is Naman Kumar and I have booked a Spicejet (SpiceJet(SG - ***)) flight ticket from Darbhanga to Delhi for *st Jan ****. and my flight get canceled by airlines due to bad weather. and my refund is initiated to my agency(yatra.com ) on *st and *nd Jan. by airlines .buy yatra cannot be refunded my money.
yatra said that i have to take a written confirmation from the airlines and mail it to them. I have done this also but they didn't refunded my money yet.
i have tried to contact them in many way but not any yatra number is working. i have mensioned some their official no.********** & ***********.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
