Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares
The issue that I have experienced was: I tried booking domestic flight from Chennai to Bangalore on **th October in yatra website. Booking was not confirmed though amount got debited from my account. Since no customer care contact number, I mailed to yatra support team. I have even enclosed the payment details but still no proper response or update on my refund. Please find complaint details below
