Yatra Air india - Yatra Domestic Flight refund due to Flight cancelled by AIR AINDA

Hello Team,

I have raised a refund for two flight tickets booked through Yatra. The refund is initiated as the airlines have cancelled the scheduled flight. Please find attached the confirmation document from the airlines for receiving full refund.
Kindly do the needful and acknowledge the email.

Its been **+ days and there is no positive response on refund status. Please find the attached cancel form singed from AIR INDIA where they have told since its a flight cancelled by them - full refund to be issued.
