Yatra Air india - Refund from Yatra and Air India for flight delay and Cancellation

We had an AIR INDIA flight scheduled on **th September from Hyderabad to Tirupathi at **:** PM. We were said that the flight was delayed by * hours prior to ** min of departure and later I guess it was canceled. And It was highly important for us to be there at the destination by time. So we had to cancel the existing flight Air India flight and book the next available Indigo flight right at the airport. The tickets were booked through a travel agent Yatra. So I raised a request for the cancellation of the Air India flight through the App itself. Since the flight was delayed and cancelled by Air India per se, the full refund has to be initiated by Air India. I've sent several emails and I've called them **+ times and I haven't heard from them till now. I had to tweet through Twitter and finally got a response from Air India saying this "Dear Sir/Ma'am, Since your tickets, was booked through a travel agent. We request you to kindly ask your travel agent to raise a Refund Application(RA) to Air India, After which the refund will be processed." Since I already raised a request through yatra I don't know why they keep saying this. Si mailed the Yatra help support again and the reverted back with this "provide refund documents from airlines, as per records Pnr is under No-show." When I speak to Air India they ask for Yatra confirmation and When I speak to Yatra they keep saying we haven't received any confirmation from Air India Airlines.
