I have booked a rail ticket and cancelled it on * Oct ****.
Yatra reference no: ***********************
Fare amount was ****/- INR and after cancellation it was ****/- INR
I checked the status of refund than It shows ****/- INR only.
I got ****/- INR only the remaining **** is not refunded. In spite of so much follow up the responded just ones on ** Oct **** by saying it will be refunded in **-** working days. Even after **-** days I have not got my money back and after that also in spite of so many mails they do not respond.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
