I booked a honeymoon package with Yatra for **th May ****
They cancelled my booking for May which i understand but against my booking they are providing me with the voucher of Malaysian Airlines that too after **% deduction. Its a complete loss to me because Malaysian Airlines don't have flights within India and it seems difficult to travel outside India at least for few months.
I have requested Yatra to give Credit note of Yatra and not Malaysian Airlines and there should not be any deduction but they are not agreeing
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
