I had booked a Vistara flight from Yatra on *rd of July ****, for travel on **th of July. However, the flight was cancelled by the airline due to operational constraints and a full refund was processed by their side.
However, its been more than a month since my travel date and Yatra still hasn’t processed my refund.
I have mailed the support team multiple times, tried reaching out to their customer support via call, but none of their call centre nos. are functional.
Really struggling to get a response from their side, not sure how much longer it will take for them to respond/process my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
