I want to draw your attention that this is Akash Mukhi .on **th july **** i visited the portal of "travolook" website for booking my air ticket at the initial stage all the process had done as normal and RS:****.** with referance :REF********.is deducted from my account and they take ** min under process. .But at the same time i follow the review of the website and the review about the website is not very good they told every customer that we will refund within few days,but they did't do that and the website is a fraud.
therefore i request you to please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
