Travolook - TRAVOLOOK ticket cancelled

I had not received a refund on travolook upon cancellation of my tickets. Although I understand that the issue was on **-**-****. I was only able to file the complaint because i was clearing out my storage and found my booking from travolook and realised that I did not receive my refund. I had inquired one of friends who asked me to file a complaint here. I have gathered the booking number and other details. Please let me know if there's anyway for me to avail my refund.
