Travolook - No refund even after 8 months

I tried to book a flight from Mumbai to Chennai with reference no.REF********** on **/**/****, I paid for the booking but later it was cancelled from TRAVOLOOK's side. I was supposed to get my REFUND within * week of the cancellation but it has now been * MONTHS and I am still waiting for it. I have made numerous calls and E-mails to the customer care executives/Support Team and they have said many things about getting my refund i.e I will get it in a week, we have initiated the refund but there is some problem from your bank side etc. I have given them all the information and data to help get my refund. For the past one moth their relationship manager is fooling me by sending me the same e-mail asking for time.
