Account Details: Airtel account number: *********** and service: Airtel Xstream Fiber ***********_dsl
Cleared previous month's due and requested to stop services on September * via email and service request. Got due bills for September/October month.
This is *nd time. Earlier when I went out of city for couple of months, they automatically converted my prepaid account to postpaid and kept charging for those months. I had to pay that as well as I wanted to resume after coming back.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
