Hello,
my self pankaj jhabak,
have taken a wifi connection of airtel of amount ****.** for * month in my office no.*** at milagro milestone complex vesu,surat.
the sales man name kelvin his mob no. **********,
came and explain me the plan and after selecting the plan he have ask for payment of ****.** which i have paid on company scanner from my account,
after payment was done he kept the model and box of airtel wifi connection and told me that engineer will come and do wiring after that will get actual speed as per plan till that i should wait for the engineer who will come for installation in a week,
i have waited for * month and call him that no one have came,speed is not as per our plan
again he said yes have inform the engineer and he will be comming soon,
have been calling him and always he use to tell me to wait almost * month have passed like this and than he told me to complain through application so i did accordingly,
after complaining * engineer came for checking and than he told me that proper installation is not done so he will not do anything in this,he suggest me to again complain and tell that i want to shift the connection,
i denied that yet installation is not done and you want me to complain for shifting is wrong,
have called kelvin infront of him and he said to this engineer that he has talk with another engineer and he will be doing wiring and installation so the person came from company went away,
after * days again i called kelvin and he engineer will be coming today,but no one came after that have called him next day he dint pick up the call,
he even not replying on whatsapp message,
tried to call him * -* times but he is not responding,
again i complain throgh application but complain is closed after * days,
have called on *** and register my complain again, the engineer came for first time called me and said that he wont do anything if i dont complain for shifting connection in company and closed the complain,
have emailed to company and they are saying that they will look on it on priority but no solution,
have emailed *-* times but now they are not replying on email also,
have harresed me alot mentally and physically,
because after paying amount to airtel i can not take another connection untill they refund the amount or do proper installation and start my connection period after that,
worst service from airtel side have faced,
kindly look on this matter please.
