Actually i want to give * star for Oyo but there is no option for it. I had booking with Oyo. Im standing outside hotel with my family and kid . Hotel management asking for **** rs extra charges. I was contacted to customer care and also regional manager for same issue but they suggested me to give **** rs extra to hotel management and take room . I'm with family so at **:** am, don't had option that time . So by paying extra **** rs i had taken room . Oyo customer service manager mailed me about your refund process started, but not received still

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
